Module registration for the new semester is publicly announced, clearly to each student through some means such as email, information on the training portal, etc. Each student has a separate account, so that students and University, Faculty can track and manage the learning process through the training management software tool at the university training portal. Besides, after each semester, students’s self-improvement scores are also one of the bases for the Faculty and the University to monitor the students' progress.

Students always keep track of their study schedule by following their individual schedule at the beginning of the semester and keeping track of their learning progress through the cumulative transcript. The student’s workload registered for each semester is counseled to suit the average capacity of each student and so that each of them does not register too many modules in excess of the average academic capacity.
